The Opportunity
Responsible for overseeing merchandising and international sales operations, managing key buyer accounts, and driving business development initiatives. Accountable for end to end product development, sourcing, pricing, and order execution, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality intimates products that meet customer expectations. Builds and maintains strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to support brand growth and market expansion.
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
Merchandising & Product Development
Lead the full product development process, including pre-production planning, garment construction, styling, and customer fittings.
Oversee design and development of bras, briefs, lingerie, and swimwear collections in line with brand vision and market trends.
Translate design concepts into precise prototypes and manage technical specifications.
Collaborate with pattern makers, technicians, and suppliers to define material specifications and source trims globally.
Sourcing & Production Management
Manage sourcing, procurement, and vendor negotiations to ensure cost-effective and high-quality product delivery.
Oversee production timelines, fittings, quality approvals, and value-added processes such as printing and embroidery.
Ensure sample compliance with buyer requirements and support timely order fulfillment.
Sales & Client Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with international buyers and key accounts.
Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and terms to optimize profitability and client satisfaction.
Collaborate with buying teams and designers to introduce innovative products and fabric solutions.
Inventory & Performance Oversight
Monitor inventory levels, sales performance, and merchandising strategies.
Conduct sales and trend analysis to inform product planning and business growth initiatives.
Team Leadership & Development
Mentor and train team members, fostering professional growth and alignment with business goals.
Promote cross-functional collaboration to achieve product, quality, and delivery targets.
